📌The process flow of steel bar products
The production process flow of steel bars is the key link to ensure the quality and stable performance of products. Our company adopts advanced fully automated production lines and scientific management systems. From the storage of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, every step is refined to ensure that the strength, toughness, dimensional accuracy and adhesion of steel bars meet national and international standards.
Raw material preparation
The raw materials required for the production of steel bars are mainly high-quality steel billets, usually continuous casting billets or carbon steel billets. Before production, the billets need to be strictly inspected for quality, including chemical composition, internal defects, etc., to ensure that they meet the rolling requirements.
Heating treatment
The billets are evenly heated to about 1100℃–1250℃ by a step-type heating furnace to achieve a suitable plastic state. The temperature control system is used for real-time monitoring during the heating process to ensure uniform temperature and avoid affecting the material properties due to overburning or overcooling.
Cutting and packaging to length
After cooling, the steel bars are cut to standard lengths such as 9 meters and 12 meters by automatic cutting equipment as needed, or cut to length according to customer requirements. The cut steel bars are packed in bundles, tied firmly with steel wire, and labeled.
Quality Inspection
Each batch of products must pass physical property tests (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), chemical composition analysis, bending tests, etc. to ensure that they meet relevant standards such as GB 1499.2-2018.
Warehousing and Delivery
Qualified products are stored in the warehouse, and the appearance and quantity are confirmed again before shipment to ensure that each batch of steel bars delivered to customers meets the quality standards.
