📌How is it produced?
The production of pre-coated galvanized steel coils usually includes the following steps:
Substrate preparation: hot-dip galvanized steel coils or galvanized steel coils are used as raw materials;
Surface pretreatment: chemically clean the surface of the steel coil to enhance the adhesion of the coating;
Paint coating: primer and topcoat are applied on one or both sides of the steel plate, and sometimes a back coat is also added;
Drying and curing: the paint is dried in a high-temperature oven to make the coating firmly bonded to the surface of the steel plate;
Finished product curling: after cooling, it is rolled into a steel coil for easy transportation and storage.
