📌Types of galvanized layers and anti-corrosion effects
The types of galvanized layers mainly include the following:
Ordinary galvanizing: Ordinary galvanized steel coils have a galvanized film on the surface, which can provide basic anti-corrosion effects and are suitable for use in general environments.
Hot-dip galvanizing: Hot-dip galvanizing is the most common galvanizing method, with a thicker galvanized layer and better anti-corrosion effects. It is widely used in construction, automobiles, home appliances and other industries. Due to the large thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer, it can effectively resist corrosion and oxidation.
Electrogalvanizing: Compared with hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing has a thinner galvanized layer, but its surface is smoother and is suitable for products that require higher appearance quality.
